Assignment Contracts Transitioning to SAR
Dear team, Starting on 1st January 2025, we are introducing a new policy: Overtime hours will now be compensated for all projects with a fingerprint system from bödeker. This change is part of our commitment to acknowledging your dedication and hard work.

Introducing SAR Payment Process & Currency Accounts
Dear team, We would like to inform you about a significant change regarding salary payments, affecting all contracts from 2025 onwards.
To comply with Saudi Arabia’s legal requirements, all salary payments will be converted to Saudi Riyals (SAR).
To ensure a smooth payment process, we recommend setting up a SAR currency account if your local bank allows it. This allows you to receive transfers in SAR and decide when to exchange the money based on the best exchange rate. If you do not have a SAR account, the exchange will occur at the current rate at the time of transfer.
